Consent

We collect and use your personal information with your consent, or as permitted by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Wix (website, forms and email), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), payment processors, and the team members and partners who deliver your event. They may only use it to provide services to us.

Some of these providers store information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before transferring information, we assess the protection it will receive and use contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Booking and billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you join our team. After that, information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and limit access to people who need it to do their work. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people affected, as required by law.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent, to ask us to stop sharing it or to de-index it where applicable, and to receive it in a commonly used technological format.
